How much prior notice do I need to give to place an order?

A minimum of 2 week’s notice is needed.

Do you make Allergen Free Cookies?

I currently do not offer special dietary cookies. Our recipe does not contain any nuts; however, we do not bake in a nut free environment.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

The minimum cookie order is 1 dozen.

How are your cookies packaged?

All cookies come individually sealed and boxed.

Do you ship?

Yes! The cost for packaging /shipping is determined by the amount of cookies that are ordered and will be assessed as an additional cost. Once the cookies ship, I am not responsible for any loss or damages.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Sealed cookies can stay fresh for up to 2-3 weeks.

If I don’t eat all the cookies, can they be frozen?

Yes! My cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months, and customers are encouraged to store the cookies in freezer containers to ensure freshness.

Cancelations

Cookie orders must be canceled at least a week prior to the pick-up date.
